We are looking for a motivated and organized Junior Admin Clerk based in port elizabeth to join our logistics team. This entry-level position is ideal for a candidate eager to gain experience in stock control, vehicle inspections, and general administrative functions within the logistics environment
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with stock control and inventory recordkeeping
Support in conducting basic vehicle checks and completing inspection reports
Capture and update data accurately on internal systems
File and organize delivery notes, invoices, and related documentation
Assist with scheduling and coordination of vehicle movements
Provide general office administrative support as required
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 / Matric certificate
Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication and time management skills
High attention to detail and willingness to learn
Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license essential
Previous experience in a logistics or warehouse setting will be an advantage but not essential
