Administrator Manager who can start as soon as possible

• Working hours will be 8:30am till 5pm and start up salary will be R14000 – R16, 000 based on experience

Candidate Requirements
• Previous experience & qualifications are relevant
• Min Matric/Grade 12
• Experience in a corporate environment preferred up to 2 years

Competencies
Effective and consistent service delivery and support to all internal clients.
Sorting client service endorsements and letters.
Client Service: Assist walk-in customers with all client related queries by directing them to the relevant department.
Ensure that the correct security procedures are followed: Signing in of clients and laptops; correct details of the visitor and contact person.
Assist all clients at front desk: Direct the clients to the correct contact.
Manage own performance and development by ensuring performance contract in place; Have quarterly performance review discussion with manager; Have updated and signed personal development plan in place
