1.Planning and Asset Manager
a.Basic Salary: Minimum QR20000 - QR25000 single package
b.Company provided accommodation and transportation or an allowance and twice a year trip
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
oB.Sc in Engineering or any technical discipline.
oMinimum 8 to 10 years working experience in Planning Building Operations, etc.
oInterpersonal, initiative, analytical thinking, decision-making and leadership abilities.
oPerfect command of spoken and written English
oGood understanding of CMMS.
oGood knowledge of quality standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
KEY TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES:
oTo make improvement and constant upgrading of the TAM to suit client’s needs
oData accuracy in the CMMS
oResponsible for the planning and scheduling of works for all activities in the facility.
oTo coordinate and obtain feedback site staff for work improvement planning.
oAttend regular site tours and ensure planning operations are carried out smoothly.
oAble to re-plan based on ad hoc request or short changes.
oPrepare plans for work execution according to contract requirements.
oSupport site staff during implementation of planned activities.
oAsset configuration
oManagement of drawings / technical library
oEnsure proper recording of client’s property and asset through the TAM system
oTo meet KPI requirements set by management from time to time.
2.Housekeeping Manager
a.Basic Salary: Minimum QR16000 - QR20000 single package,
b.Company provided accommodation and transportation or an allowance and once a year trip
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
oDegree in any discipline and/or professional certifications in Cleaning.
oMinimum 8 years working experience in housekeeping and cleaning of Building Operations (eg: Facade cleaning), in environment (eg: open space), etc.
oGood knowledge of latest technology in cleaning equipment
oPossess good interpersonal skills and able to interact well at all levels, especially contractors management
oGood command of spoken and written English.
oLeadership skills / subcontract management
oComputer literacy (eg. MS Office)
oGood knowledge of quality standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
oInterpersonal, initiative, analytical thinking, decision-making and leadership abilities.
KEY TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES:
oLead a team of Housekeeping Officers who supervises janitors and subcontractors for housekeeping operations.
oEnforces and adopts safety measures among all subordinates and contractors in the work place and environment throughout the sites.
oMaintain well organized historical records for all Housekeeping operations.
oReceives daily work order and dispatches work among his subordinates.
oMaintain good housekeeping in all facility report for any abnormalities found.
oResponsible for implementation on various types of improvement on maintenance matters.
oAttend to all ad hoc or emergency requests, especially during events (pre & post)
oPlan shift work duties to Officers periodically.
oManage Housekeeping Officers in their works and ensure their works are performed at the desired level of quality and standards.
oPerform proper documentation and filings of housekeeping records.
oGenerate, collate and submission of weekly and monthly reports
oManages the operational needs in the instance of events and other clients request
oUpdate daily information on TAM database
oCheck periodically for potential areas for energy savings opportunities.
oTo meet Key Performance Indicators requirement set by management
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
oManagement of staffs, subcontractors, vendors and supplies
oMonitor and review daily information on TAM database
oSuccessful completion of scheduled activities. Prompt and courteous response to customer requests
oMaintenance and update the management budget, equipment and materials
oConduct regular service and systems audit
oGuide and upgrade staff technical and management competency
oPrepare site standard operating procedures (SOPs)
oGenerate, collate and submission of weekly and monthly reports
oSubmission of claims
oConduct and review plant operation, emergency plan and contingency plan
oConduct daily operation pass-down meeting and update staff of major works, project activities or organization goals
oReview work request, approval and issuing work order, ensure work on time schedule
oManage and control monthly budgetary
oProvide effective technical advised and solution to client
oIntroduce continued improvement and optimization operation of Facility systems
oPerform emergency support duty, if required
oEnforces and adopts safety measures among all of his subordinates
oTo assist in the Planning, coordinating and controlling all operational activities in accordance with pre-arranged operating plan and programs.
oAssist in the Operational execution according to the Contract Documents.
3.Mechanical Engineer with Fire Fighting System expertise
a.Basic Salary: QR6000

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
oBachelor of Engineering in Mechanical discipline.
oMinimum of 5 years working experience in mechanical and Fire Fighting System expertise
oGood knowledge on operations and maintenance of pumping systems, air-compressors, air-dryers, vacuum pumps, calorifiers, heat exchangers, pressurization systems, water filtration systems, water tanks, grease recovery system, mechanical and electrical hoists and fire systems such as sprinklers, hose reels, detection systems, pre-action sprinklers and FM200 etc. in accordance to the fire safety requirements. Design knowledge on pumps will be an advantage.
oGood report writing skills for submission of Technical evaluation, Cost Benefit Analysis and recommendation proposals for improvement works.
oTeam player and able to lead a team of Engineers and contractors.

oGood command of spoken and written English
oAble to meet tight deadlines
oComputer literacy (e.g. Auto Cad, PRO-E, MS Office)
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
oEnforces and adopt safety measures among all of his subordinates and contractors.
oAttend to all breakdown complaints or ad-hoc requests. Follow-up with the contractors on all Service Orders for any requirement of materials, review quotes, process purchase orders and close the Service Orders on Total Asset Management System (TAM) upon job completion. Consistently update TAM on the Service Order status with the latest information.
oManage subcontractor in their works and ensure their works are performed at the desired level of quality, standards and complete in target time.
oAnalyze data from TAM and liaise with contractor for continuous improvement.
oAssist in providing information and updates on on-going maintenance works to customer on routine basis.
oFor any project or improvement work, prepare scope of work, liaise with contractor for cost, submit recommendation to client and manage the project at site for closure.
oAssist in preparation of standard operating procedures (SOP’s) for the maintenance of site equipment
oCheck periodically for potential areas for energy savings opportunities.
oAssist Department in conducting regular systems audit
oPerform proper documentation and filings of maintenance records.
oPerform emergency support duty, if required
